Established in 1974 as a Building Contracting firm by Colm Meehan and subsequently registered as a Private Limited Company in 1990, the company remains a family orientated enterprise.

In earlier years, the firm undertook mostly contracting work and specialised in renovations and extensions to a large number of retail premises in Newry, Co Down Northern Ireland.

During recent years, the emphasis has been on private housing developments which are constructed to the very highest standards in materials, workmanship and service, which permeates the firm. The results can be seen in many fine houses built throughout the Newry and Mourne area.

The company also specialises in the restoration of listed buildings and offers a high degree of technical expertise in this field. A recently completed lottery funded, project for the S.M.A. Fathers at Dromanite College, Jerrettspass Co Down which was valued in the region of £3 million, saw the complete restoration of a Seminary from a dilapidated  state to its current pristine condition.
